What a day we had out on the water with Marshal fishing company! I met up with Mitendra at 6:30 am in Florida City, FL for our Water sports state tax rate card adventure. The weather was partly cloudy, which can actually be nice for keeping things cool on the boat.

We geared up and headed out to our dive spot. The water was looking good - clear enough for some great visibility. I showed Mitendra the ropes of scuba diving, going over all the important safety stuff and how to use the equipment. Once we got in the water, it was like entering a whole new world. We saw all kinds of colorful fish darting around the reef. The highlight was definitely when a big Tarpon swam right by us - those fish are massive and it's always a thrill to see them up close.

As we explored underwater, I pointed out different marine life and interesting features of the reef. We tried out a variety of diving techniques, working on buoyancy control and underwater communication. Mitendra picked it up quick and was soon gliding through the water like a pro. We spent a good chunk of time down there, only coming up when our air started getting low. By then, some afternoon rain was rolling in, but that's pretty typical for Florida in June and it didn't dampen our spirits one bit.
